Workforce housing 

Leesburg city commissioners recently approved a zoning ordinance request by planner Greg Beliveau that potentially would enable developer CHS Management to build a 44-unit apartment complex on a two-acre site on East Main Street. Pitched as much-needed workforce housing for employees of Leesburg Regional Medical Center, Cutrale, and Ro-Mac Lumber, Greg predicted the apartments would rent for $900 to $1,200 per month, depending on the number of bedrooms.
