For years, Babette’s Furniture & Home has been celebrated locally for its commitment to excellence, but now the recognition has gone global.

The 27-year-old furniture store recently won Best of Customer Service on Houzz®, the leading platform for home remodeling and design. It was chosen by Houzz’s more than 35 million unique monthly users from among the more than 1 million active homebuilding, remodeling, and design industry professionals of the online community.

Customer service honors are based on several factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2015.

“At Babette’s Furniture, customer service is our No. 1 priority,” said Tim Cook, customer service manager. “We are here to take care of any issues customers may have with their merchandise. Our goal is to provide each customer with an incredible shopping experience and provide a level of service that will keep them coming back.”
