In conjunction with the Leesburg Partnership, the city of Leesburg will conduct a workshop to review the Downtown Master Plan at 9am Saturday, Feb. 22, at the Leesburg Center for the Arts, 429 W. Magnolia St. The public is invited. The discussion will be led by representatives from Community Solutions Group, a news release states. The purpose of the master plan is to identify improvements, public policies and ongoing programs that will reinforce downtown’s role as the heart of the city.
