Lake County is an attractive area for cycling and it’s important to keep bicyclists safe wherever they travel.
The South Lake Chamber of Commerce and city of Minneola invite the community to attend a Cycling Safety Forum from 6-8pm Wednesday, March 20, at Minneola City Hall, 800 U.S. Highway 27. This panel discussion will cover topics pertinent to both cyclist and motorist safety, a news release states.
Speakers include Lake County Sheriff Peyton Grinnell, Clermont Chief of Police Chuck Broadway, Lake County Commissioner Sean Parks, Trek Bicycle Store Clermont owner Bryan Davis, and David Rath, of Montverde Academy. The panel will be moderated by Daniel Whitehouse.
