Greatest career accomplishment: Leaving my full-time job as a legal assistant to work for one family business, Licciardello Home Improvements, while opening another, Licciardello Farms. My husband took over LHI after his dad passed away, and my mother-in-law is our partner in the venue business. I give my husband credit for encouraging me to quit my job and for constructing the barn at Licciardello Farms. Advice I’d give my younger self: Slow down and enjoy where you are.

Guilty pleasures: A good Netflix binge with Chinese takeout.

What would you do with $5 million: A little frivolous spending matched by a generous donation.

Biggest event held at Licciardello Farms: We had a celebration of life that about 400 hundred guests attended. It was the most beautiful display of community and such an honor to be a part of.

Most memorable wedding at Licciardello Farms: Our first wedding; a friend of mine was our first bride. I was a bridesmaid, coordinator, and venue owner all at once!
