Leesburg’s 10th annual Craft beer, wine & Food festival set for Friday

This Friday, Nov. 22, Leesburg’s Craft Beer, Wine & Food Festival will take place in Venetian Gardens Park in Leesburg, off of E. Dixie Rd. from 6 pm-10 pm. Guests will be able to try 25 craft beers from 10 participating breweries, a selection of international wines, and samples of food from over 15 local restaurants. 

This will be the event’s 10th year running, and it has remained one of the city’s most popular events, where you can move from station to station with your friends or family, for an exciting night to get ready for the rapidly approaching holiday season. Upon entry, you will be given a guide that maps out and explains each of the stations, which will help you keep track of your tastings and favorites. 

beer and wine festAttendees will also enjoy live music from Winslow & The Rockefellers, as well as view the extravagant holiday lights and Christmas decorations throughout the venue. 

Food samples will include a selection of the area’s finest restaurants ranging from entrees to desserts like steak, roasts, chicken, soups, cakes, cookies and more. Top chefs from over 15 restaurants will be providing the large selection of delicious foods that will be sure to please your palate. 

Restaurants participating include Pint Sized Pub, Oakwood Smokehouse and Grill, Mammoth Oak Brewing, Lake Port Square, Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex, Texas Roadhouse, La Hacienda Catering, Leesburg Fire Dept. Local 2957, MFPSA, Legends Fruitland Park, Great Chicago Fire Brewery & Tap Room, Main Street Cantina, Ski Beach Bar & Grill, Eaton’s Beach and Brick and Barrel House.

Wines will be provided by Two Old Hags, Crane Lake and PRP International. 

Craft beers will be provided by Daughter’s Brewing, Central 28 Beer Company, Ivanhoe Park Brewing Co., Kopparberg Premium Cider, Tampa Bay Brewing Co., Ormond Brewing Company, Kona Brewing Co., Sanford Brewing Company, SweetWater Brewing Company and Wicked Weed Brewing.
