JMatt’s Downtown Cafe opened recently in a cozy spot at 110 3rd St. in Leesburg. Owner JMatt Maddox and his parents, Jim and Sandy, formerly operated Southern Gourmet & Cafe on Main Street, and Sandy was in the kitchen on opening day of her son’s new venture.
