Festival celebrates the season in downtown Eustis

Ah, fall. The leaves are turning color, a nip is in the air, and the first snowfall is right around the corner—just not in Florida.

But there still are plenty of reasons to celebrate fall in the state where the seasons never change, and events to keep the kids occupied for a while at the same time.

The annual Eustis Fall Festival is scheduled from 3-7pm Saturday, Oct. 28, at Ferran Park, 250 Ferran Park Drive in historic downtown Eustis. The festival is free to the public and will include a costume contest at 4:30pm, along with bounce houses, pony rides, face painters, games, pumpkin painting, and vendors.
